CGPSC Medical Specialist Eligibility 2026

Educational Qualification

The candidates must possess the Post Graduate Degree in the subject specialization related to approved specialist post Master's degree or Diploma in the subject specialization related to approved specialist posts (Post Graduate degree or Diploma from recognized University and recognized by Medical Council of India).

It will be mandatory for the candidate to have a live registration with the Medical Council of Chhattisgarh or other states or the Medical Council of India (MCI) of the degree/diploma.

Nationality : The candidates must be of Indian Nationality.

Age Limit ( as of 1 January 2022)

1. Minimum Age Limit: 25 years
2. Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

Age Relaxation : The candidate of SC/ST/OBC/PWD and domiciled citizens of Chhattisgarh will be granted an age relaxation period of 5 years.

Application Fee :

1. SC/ST/OBC : Rs 300/-
2. General category : Rs 400/-.

Salary :

The shortlisted candidates will be entitled to a pay scale of Rs 15,600 - Rs 39,100. They will also receive Rs. 6600 Grade Pay is additional to the salary. The PayScale will be 67,300 Level - 13.
