SBI PO Prelims & Mains Exam Syllabus
1. Quantitative Aptitude Syllabus : Simplification, Number System, Average, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion, Interest, Number Series, Profit and Loss, Speed, Time and Distance, Algebra, Mensuration, Data Interpretation.
2. Reasoning Ability Syllabus : Coding & Decoding, Inequalities, Ordering and Ranking, Directions & Distances, Arrangement & Pattern, Analogy, Classification, Syllogisms, Blood Relations, Input-Output, Data Sufficiency, Circular Seating Arrangement, Linear Seating Arrangement, Double Line Up, Scheduling, Grouping and Selection, Verbal Reasoning.
3. English Language Syllabus : Fill in the Blanks, Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Cloze Test, Error Spotting, Phrase Replacement/ Sentence Correction, Phrase Idiom Meaning, Spellings, Sentence/ Paragraph Completion.
4. Computer Knowledge Syllabus : Basics of Computer, Hardware and software, Operating system, MS Word and MS Excel, PowerPoint, Generation of Computer, The internet, etc., Short forms (Eg. Jpeg, mp3, pdf), Android and Apple related news.
5. General Awareness Syllabus : News related to RBI (Reserve Bank of India) and other Banks, Awareness regarding Union, State and Railway Budget, Economics, Current Affairs- A candidate must be aware of National and International awards, sports, author and books, summits, etc.
SBI PO Application Form
1. After Clicking on the mentioned above link, click on NEW REGISTRATION button provided on the top most right corner of the home page of the link provided above to start your registration process for SBI PO 2019 Exam.
2. Start your application process fro SBI PO 2019 by providing your basic details such as name, contact number, email id etc. and click on save and next button.
3. Upload your photograph and signature in the required format as provided by State Bank of India for SBI PO 2019. The permissible size of the photograph must be 4.5 cm * 3.5 cm and the photograph must be of passport size with white background. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible. Permissible file size of photograph must be of minimum 20 KB and of maximum 50 KB and that of the signature must be of minimum 10 KB and of maximum 20 KB.
4. In this first part, you must first mention:
i. your category (SC/ST/GEN/OBC) and the caste to which you belong.
ii. whether you are a person with disability
iii. if there is any pending dispute related to loan/credit cards etc.
iv. whether you were an ex-employee of SBI or currently working in SBI as Clerk/any other Officer any report on adverse character & antecedents, moral turpitude
v. Your Aadhar Card and PAN Card Number
vi. How many times you have given SBI PO Exam before
vii. Choice of Prelims & Mains Exam Centre
5. After this, you have to mention your Personal Details that includes: Father's Name, Mother's Name, Correspondence Address, Permanent Address etc.
6. In the second part of the third section of your application Form, you need to fill your educational qualifications.
7. After that, if you belong to reserved category, you need to mention if you are willing to take SBI PO Pre-Exam Training. If yes, then chose the centre of pre-examination training
8. After you have successfully clicked on Submit button, you will get a preview of the form. In addition to that, a mail will be sent to your registeres email address and a message will be sent to your registered mobile number with your registration number and password.
9. Pay your Application Fee through Online Payment Option, i.e. through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking for SBI PO 2019 Exam.
10. Click on Submit Button. Your application form will be submitted successfully.
