Education Qualification :
Grade III
1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) – ANM Training passed from Assam Govt. Institution or Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council and Assam Nursing Council and Registered under Assam Nursing Council with employment exchange registration of Assam.
2. Dark Room Assistant – HSSLC Passed with having one year working experience.
3. Dietician – B.A./ B.Sc. in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as a special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition.
4. Driver – HSLC passed with license (LMV) issued by the District Transport Authority Govt. of Assam.
5. ECG Technician – Higher Secondary Passed in Science (Class-XII), Diploma in ECG Technician Course or diploma in Cardiac Care Technology.
6. Electrician – HSLC Passed with Diploma in Electrical from Govt. ITI or from any Govt. Recognized Institution.
7. ICU Technician – Diploma / Certificate in ICU Technician from Govt. recognized institute.
8. Laboratory Technician – Diploma / Certificate in Laboratory Technician from Govt. recognized institute.
9. Medical Record Technician – HSSLC Passed with minimum 6 months diploma in computer application, Preference will be given to candidate having training in Medical Record Technician training in Govt. recognized institute.
10. O.T. Technician – OT Technician Diploma Certificate Course from Govt. recognized institute.
11. Ophthalmic Assistant – HSSLC (Science) with Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology from Govt. recognized institute.
12. Pharmacist – Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy from Government recognized institute and must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.
13. Pharmacist (Ayur) – Diploma/ Degree in Pharmacy (Ayur) from Government recognized institute and must be registered under Assam Pharmacy Council.
14. Physiotherapist – HSSLC Passed with Diploma/ Degree in Physiotherapist Course from Govt. recognized institute.
15. Plumber – ITI Passed in plumbing from a recognized institute.
16. Radiographer – HSSLC Passed with Radiographer Technician Certificate Course or above from any Govt. Recognized Institute of Assam.
17. Staff Nurse – GNM Diploma/ B.Sc (Nursing) Degree from any institute / nursing college recognized by Indian Nursing Council and must be registered under Assam Nurses’ Midwives’ & Health Visitors Council.
18. Assistant Entomologist – B.Sc with Zoology as one of the subject from Government recognized institution.
19. Account Assistant cum LDA/ Junior Assistant – Graduate in any discipline from Government recognized University or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 6 months diploma in computer application.
20. Accountant – Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) from Govt. of Assam recognized university with 1 year diploma/ certificate of Computer Application.
21. Compiler – Any Graduate from Government recognized University and applicant must possess minimum 6 months diploma in computer application.
22. Computer Operator – Any Graduate from Government recognized University and applicant must possess minimum 6 months diploma in computer application.
23. Computer – Graduate in any discipline from Government recognized University and applicant must possess minimum 6 months diploma in computer application.
24. Assistant Chemist – B.Sc with Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology and Food & Nutrition recognized University.
25. Basic Health Worker (BHW) – HSSLC Passed and applicant must possess minimum 6 months Diploma in Computer Application.

Grade-IV Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have passed class 8th from a recognized school. For the post of Electrical Helper, Laboratory Attendant, and O.T Attendant, a candidate must possess a training / experience certificate, in the respective field.
