शैक्षिक योग्यता :
1. उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक की डिग्री या समकक्ष योग्यता होनी चाहिए।
2. उम्मीदवार ऐसी पेशेवर और तकनीकी योग्यताएँ रखते हैं, जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा पेशेवर या तकनीकी डिग्री के समकक्ष के रूप में मान्यता दी गई हो।
