| Customer Agent | Applicants should hold the Graduate from recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern along with diploma IATA – UFTAA or IATA – FIATA or IATA – DGR or IATA – CARGO. |
| Ramp Service Agent | Candidate who have completed ITI with NCVT/diploma in mechanical/electrical/production/electronics/automobiles Engineering recognized by the state govt and applicant must submit original Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License. |
| Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver/Handyman | Aspirants must have SSC/10th |
| Junior Executive Technical |
Full time B.E in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university.

Age limit :
According to the AIATSL notification, Customer Agent// Ramp Service Agent/Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver / Handyman/ Jr. Executive
Technical upper age limit should be Gen: 28 years, OBC : 31 years, SC/ST : 33 years.

Pay Scale Details :
Customer Agent/Ramp Service Agent : Rs. 21300
Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver : Rs.19350
Handyman : Rs. 17520
Application Fee :
Applicants should pay nonrefundable fee : Rs. 500.
Payment Mode : Demand Draft in favor of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED.”, payable at Mumbai.
SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from fee payment.
Selection Process :
Junior Executive Technical : Screening/personal interview.
Ramp Service Agent/Utility Agent cum Ramp driver : Trade test consist of trade knowledge and driving test include driving test of HMV.
Recruitment process will be made on the basis of personal interview.
Handyman : screening and physical endurance.
