Educational Qualifications :
1. A medical qualification is included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third
schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
2. Must be registered with the Central/ State Medical Council.
3. A postgraduate degree i.e. MD/ MS/ DNB in the speciality concerned or it’s equivalent.
4. For Pathology Department: the essential qualification shall be MD Pathology/ MD Lab
Medicine.
Age Limit :
The age limit for the post of SR is 45 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).
In the case of Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, age relaxation up to a maximum period of 10 years for the General Category, 13 years for the OBC category and 15 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Application Fee :
For General/ OBC/ EWS candidates the application fee is : Rs. 1000/-
For SC/ ST category candidates the application fee is : Rs. 800/-
For PWBD category applicants the application : fee is exempted.
Salary Details :
In Pay Matrix (Level-11) with a minimum of Rs.67,700/- + NPA (for medical personnel) as
per recommendations of the 7th CPC.
