Education Qualification :
Additional Private Secretary (English) : Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of English Stenography (i.e. speed of 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand & 40 w.p.m. in English Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer.
Additional Private Secretary (Hindi) : Bachelor Degree and good knowledge of Hindi Stenography (i.e. speed of 80 w.p.m. in Hindi Shorthand & 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting) and having good knowledge in Computer
Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 21 Years.
Maximum Age: 35 Years.
Born between 2nd July 1986 – 1st July 2000.
Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit):
SC/ST/OBC/Dependents of Freedom Fighters : 5 Years.
Skilled Sports Person: 5 Years
Ex-Servicemen: 3 Years.

Mode of Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT).

Subjects: General Studies (MCQ Type), Computer Knowledge Test and Subjective Type Test.
Stage II
Stenography in English and Hindi.
Shorthand Dictation (5 minutes).
Transcription (30 minutes).

1. Visit the official website @allahabadhighcourt.in or click on the link above which will directly take you to the application window.
2. Click on New Registration. Candidates will receive an Application No. and Password through registered mobile number (OTP) and email address.
3. After the successful registration, candidates have to fill the login credentials (Application No, Password and Security PIN) to start the online application process.
4. Click on Sign In.
5. Enter all the details such as Personal Profile, Communication details, Educational Qualifications and Work Experience.
6. Upload all the necessary documents as per the prescribed format.
