Educational Qualification:
Scientist "B" (R&D): B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering or Technology or equivalent from a recognised university or Institute in Metallurgy/Materials Science or Mechanical.
Officer "B" (Finance & Accounts): Degree from a recognised university with good academic record or equivalent. Officers working in Central/State Governments/Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/Semi-Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisations holding analogous posts, or with 5 years service in level 8/level 7 of pay matrix, OR 8 years service in level 6 of pay matrix, with relevant experience.
Technical Assistant "A": B.Sc. in Physical Sciences (with Chemistry as one of the subjects); OR Three (3) years full-time Diploma in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university/Institute/Board of Technical Education.
Assistant "A": Bachelor's degree from a recognised university/Institute; and Three (3) years' experience in Director's Office/ Administration & Establishment/Human Resource Development/Finance & Accounts/ Stores & Purchase/Liaisoning works in Government Departments/ Scientific Institutions/ Autonomous Bodies/ Academic Institutions.
Technician "A"; 10th/SSC pass plus 2 years' full-time ITI in Fitter/Turner/Electrician trade; and Three (3) years technical experience in Industry/R&D laboratories.
Driver "A": Pass in 10th/SSC; Possession of valid driving licence to drive light and heavy vehicles; Knowledge of motor mechanism (ability to identify and rectify minor defects); Experience of driving a light vehicle for at least 3 years and heavy vehicles for at least 6 years.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 to 30 years
Salary: Pay Level 2 to Pay Level 10
