Assam APSC Home Guards Eligibility 2026:
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification:
Class-I (Junior Grade) Home Guards: Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government. Candidate must upload all semester/year mark sheets and final pass certificate.
Age Limit: Maximum age 21 to 38 Years
Application Fee:
General: Rs.250 + 47.20 processing fee (CSC-SPV) = Rs.297.20
OBC / MOBC: Rs.150 + 47.20 processing fee = Rs.197.20
SC / ST / BPL / PwBD: NIL application fee + Rs.47.20 processing fee = Rs.47.20
Salary:
Pay Scale: Rs.22,000-97,000 per month (Pay Band-3)
Grade Pay: Rs.11,800
