Educational Qualification :
1. Should have passed the Senior Secondary Part-II Examination or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
2. Should possess a diploma in Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) from a recognized university or institution.
3. Should be registered as a Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Female) with the Punjab Nurses Registration Council.
Age limit : 18 to 37 years
Salary : Rs. 21,700/- (Level 3)

1. सीनियर सेकेंडरी पार्ट-II परीक्षा या उसके समकक्ष को किसी प्रमाणित विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से पास किया होना चाहिए।
2. किसी प्रमाणित विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से मल्टीपर्पस हेल्थ वर्कर (महिला) का डिप्लोमा होना चाहिए।
3. पंजाब नर्सेस रजिस्ट्रेशन कॉउंसिल के द्वारा मल्टीपर्पस हेल्थ वर्कर (महिला) के रूप में पंजाब नर्सों के पंजीकरण के रूप में दर्ज किया होना चाहिए।
आयु सीमा : 18 से 37 वर्ष
वेतनमान : 21,700/- (स्तर 3)
