BMC Trade Apprentice Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification: SSC (10th) or equivalent, passed with Marathi as a 100-mark subject
Technical Qualification: Must have passed all semesters/levels of the relevant ITI trade examination
Residence Must be a resident of Maharashtra; candidates who migrated from other states are not considered for reserved-category posts
Physical Fitness: Fitness certificate from a BMC medical examiner required
Police Character Verification: Must be submitted within 2 months of the start of training
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years
Salary: Rs. 17,680-19,890/- Per Month
Selection Process: Shortlisted Based
How to Attend BMC Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026
1. First visit www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and complete student registration. Search MCGM (BMC) under Establishment.
2. Check your trade schedule date (20 August for Day 1 trades, 21 August for Day 2 trades).
3. Report in person at Jamsaheb Mukadam Government ITI, Govandi, Vidyavihar (P), Mumbai 400086 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
4. Carry filled application form along with self-attested photocopies of 10th marksheet, ITI marksheets & certificate, Aadhaar card, Domicile certificate, and NAPS candidate code profile printout.
5. Shortlisting will be done on the spot based on ITI final marks merit and reservation norms.
6. Selected candidates will receive an online offer via the portal which must be accepted within 7 days.
