Educational Qualification:
Project Associate (Fresher): B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics.
Desirable Skills: Java (J2SE, J2EE), Dot Net, CSS, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS/Angular2/NodeJS/ReactJS, RESTful Web Services, Micro-Services, RDBMS, basic knowledge of Web services (REST, SOAP), basic JavaScript, and good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Project Engineer (Experienced): B.E/B.Tech with 60% or equivalent CGPA in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics.
Desirable Skills: A range of technology tracks depending on the project – Backend/Java Ecosystem (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven, Git, Microservices), or Frontend/Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Node.js, React, jQuery, GIS libraries), or Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Cassandra), or AI/Data Science (TensorFlow, Keras, CUDA DNN, Matlab), or Networking (BGP/VLAN/VPN/IPv6, CCNA/CCNP preferred), or Other software/cloud skills, or Hardware Security & Cryptography (post-quantum cryptography, secure coding, C/C++/Python/Java/Rust).
Senior Project Engineer (Experienced): B.E/B.Tech with 60% or equivalent CGPA in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics, OR Master’s degree in Computer Application with 60% or equivalent CGPA.
Desired Skills: Similar technology tracks as Project Engineer – Backend/Java Ecosystem, Frontend/Web Technologies, Networking, Other software/cloud skills, or Hardware Security & Cryptography, depending on the project requirement.
Project Manager (Experienced): B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/PhD with 60% or equivalent CGPA in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics, OR Post Graduate degree in Computer Application, OR PhD in relevant subject, each with 60% or equivalent CGPA.
Desired Skills: Cyber Security Knowledge (ICS/SCADA/OT systems, NIST/ISO27001/IEC62443, SIEM/EDR/Firewalls, CEH/CompTIA+/CISA/GICSP/OSCP certifications preferred) and Project Management (technical project leadership, JIRA/Asana/MS Project proficiency), along with technology tracks such as Backend/Java Ecosystem, Frontend/Web Technologies, Networking, AI and Data Science, or Hardware Security & Cryptography, depending on the project.
