Commissionarate of Health & Family Welfare – National Health Mission (NHM), Andhra Pradesh recently released an Official Notification for the Post Of Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP) (1681 Posts) 2022 Application Form for exam can be filled till 22nd August 2022. Apply Online for This Exam and the Admit Card is Released soon. Eligibility Criteria for this exam is that the candidate must be a citizen of India. Educational Qualifications :
Those who are having the educational qualifications of the B.Sc Nursing in a recognized university and registered in the AP Nursing council are eligible to apply for this cfw.ap.nic.in MLP Notification 2022. For more details, candidates can also refer to the official notice.
Age Limit :
To apply for this AP Mid Level Provider Recruitment 2022 Notification every individual must have to satisfy the age limits. And the candidates belonging to the OC, OBC Category should have a maximum age limit of 35 Years, and the candidates belonging to the SC, ST Category must have a maximum age limit of 40 years.
Minimum age 18 years
OC, OBC Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
BC, SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-servicemen: Maximum Age Limit: 40Years
Application Fee :
For OC candidates: Rs.500/-
For SC, ST, EWS, and BCs candidates: Rs.300/-
Salary Details :
Candidates who got shortlisted will get the remuneration of Rs. 25000/- per month. No stipend will be provided during the training period.

1. Priorly, Candidates need to open the main site of cfw.ap.nic.in or hmfw.ap.gov.in
2. Now the NHM AP home page is displayed on the monitor screen.
3. Next search for the recruitment of the Mid Level Health Provider.
4. Open that link and check the printed eligibility criteria on it carefully.
5. After understanding the eligibility criteria click on the online application link that will be mentioned there.
6. Next, fill the form carefully with the valid details of the candidates and then attach the required documented proofs.
7. Later pay the application fee as per the norms.
8. Finally, submit the form and CFW AP MLHP Online Form 2022 and download a hard copy for further reference.
