Educational Qualification:
Nursing Officer (NHM): B.Sc. Nursing OR GNM Course with passed & live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
Laboratory Technician (NHM/BPHU); DMLT/BMLT/Pathology passed paramedical course and mandatory registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
OT Technician (LaQsya FRUS) : 10+2 passed in Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics). OR OT Technician paramedical course and live registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
Physiotherapist (NHM): Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with Live Registration in CG Council.
Dental Surgeon (NOHP): MDS with Registration in C.G. Medical Council is Compulsory OR BDS with Registration in C.G. Medical Council is Compulsory.
RMA: Practitioner in Modern and Holistic Medicine (PMHM) course passed and registration through Chhattisgarh Medical Council is compulsory.
MO- AYUSH (RBSK): BHMS/BAMS/BUMS Degree registration from any GOI Recognised (BHMS/BAMS/BUMS) Ayush Homeo, Unani registration Board.
ANM (RBSK): 12th Passed, ANM Passed from INC affiliated Training Center & Live Registration in CG Nursing Registration Council.
Pharmacist (RBSK): Degree Or Diploma in pharmacy & Registration in CG Pharmacy Registration Council.
Staff Nurse (SNCU/ NBSU/NRC): B. Sc. Nursing OR GNM Course with passed & live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
Community Health Officer (HWC): B.Sc. Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course. OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course. Live Registration in CG Nursing Registration Council.
Feeding Demonstrator: BSC Home Science.
Counsellor (NHM): PG Degree/ Diploma in psychology/ Counselling/ health Education/ Mass Communication/ Social Science.
Radiographer: 10+2 system in 12th class science subject passed. 2 X-ray technician/ radiographer course passed from Chhattisgarh Government recognized paramedical course. 3 Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council live registration in X-Ray Technician/ X-Ray technology.
Nursing Officer (UHWC): B.Sc. Nursing OR GNM Course with passed & live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
MPW Male – UHWC (15th Finance): Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) examination with Biology subject One year Diploma in Multipurpose Worker Training OR equivalent training from training center recognized by the State Government with registered in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
Block Account Manager (NHM): B.Com (Minimum 55%) + 1 Year Computer Diploma (PGDCA), Knowledge of Tally.
Block Manager Data Graduate (55%) & PGDCA OR BCA (55%).
Block Supervisor – VBD (NHM): Graduate from the Biology Stream. OR Graduate with Science Subject in Class 11th & 12th Will be Considered in Case of Candidate with the desired Qualification is not available.
Jr. Secretarial Assistant – (BLOCK): 12th Passed With At least 1 Year Diploma in Computer Application.
Jr. Secretarial Assistant – PADA (NHM): 12th Passed With At least 1 Year Diploma in Computer Application.
Jr. Secretarial Assistant – UHWC (UAAM): 12th Passed with at least 01 year Computer diploma.
Class IV – UHWC: 10 th Passed.
Attendant (NRC): 08 th Passed.
Cook Cum Care Taker (NRC): 08th Passed.
