DHS Assam Grade-3 Non Technical Recruitment 2025 – Notification Out for 191 Posts
The Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Assam has released a notification for 191 Grade-3 Non-Technical posts, including Health Educator (78), Junior Assistant/Account Assistant cum LDA (72), and Basic Health Worker (41). Candidates must be graduates with a 6-month computer diploma and possess a valid employment exchange registration in Assam. The age limit is 18–40 years with relaxations for reserved categories. The pay scale ranges from ₹14,000–70,000 plus grade pay. Applications can be submitted online from 12th to 21st September 2025 at the official DHS Assam website at dhs.assam.gov.in. No application fee is required.

4. In that portal, you will get the option to register yourself.
5. After registration, you have to provide all your asked details.
6. After that, you have to upload your documents.
7. After successful completion of all steps, your application will be submitted.
8. Also, you will receive an acknowledgement copy of your submission. Keep that acknowledgement copy for future use.
Eligibility Critaria
I. Educational Qualification
1. You must be a graduate (passed degree in any subject) from a recognized university.
2. You also need to have a 6-month computer diploma.
II. Age Limit (as on 1 January 2025)
1. Minimum age: 18 years.
2. Maximum age: 40 years
III. Other Requirements
1. You must have a valid Employment Exchange registration certificate of Assam.
2. If you are already working in a government job, you need to show a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
3. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MOBC or PwBD categories must have a valid caste or disability certificate.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14.000 - Rs.70,000/-

Selection Process:

2. Written examination (for many posts).
