ECGC PO Recruitment 2025 – Notification Details
The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECGC) has officially released the ECGC PO Recruitment 2025 Notification for the post of Probationary Officer (Generalist & Rajbhasha). Vacancy and Post Details:
Under this recruitment drive, ECGC has released 30 total vacancies distributed among different categories. Out of these, 12 vacancies are for General candidates, 10 for OBC, 5 for SC, and 3 for EWS candidates. There are no vacancies for ST category this time. Out of the total, 28 posts are for Generalist Officers and 2 are reserved for Specialist (Rajbhasha/Hindi) Officers.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for ECGC PO 2025, candidates must meet both age and educational qualification requirements. The age limit is set between 21 and 30 years, with applicable relaxations for candidates from reserved categories as per government rules.
For Generalist Officers, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

The selection process for ECGC PO 2025 will be conducted in three major stages — an Online Examination, a Personal Interview, and the Final Merit List preparation.

The Objective Test carries 200 marks for 200 questions to be completed in 140 minutes. It covers subjects such as Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. Each wrong answer will attract a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
The Descriptive Test will carry 40 marks and include Essay Writing and Précis Writing, each worth 20 marks.
Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be invited for an interview, and final selection will depend on the combined marks from both stages.
