Gauhati High Court Law Clerk Eligibility 2021
Educational Qualification :
The candidate must have a Graduate/Post Graduate in Law or Doctorate in Law from any recognized University in Law. The candidates practicing at the Bar or having professional experience or literary works in Law to their credit would get preference. The candidate must have a valid registration number of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam.
Age Limit - Maximum 40 years
Application Fee :
SC/ST(P)/ST(H) : INR 150
For all others : INR 300
Selection Criteria : The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a written test and viva voce.
