GSSSB Sanitary Inspector Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent recognized by the Government
Diploma Requirement: Minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector's Diploma course from a Government-recognized institute
Alternate Requirement: OR minimum one-year Health Sanitary Inspector's certificate course from an ITI or Government-recognized educational institute
Computer Knowledge: Basic computer application knowledge as prescribed under Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
Language: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi, or both
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years
Maximum 45 years
Salary:
First 5 Years: Fixed pay of Rs.26,000/- Per Month
After 5 Years (on satisfactory service): Regular 7th Pay Commission scale: Rs.25,500- Rs.81,100 (Level-4)
Selection Process: Written Examination (CBRT/OMR based)

2. Go to "Online Application" → click Apply → select GSSSB.
3. Select Advertisement No. 455/2026-27, Sanitary Inspector, Class-3 and click Apply.
4. Read the "More Details" notification carefully before proceeding.
5. Click "Apply Now" → "Skip" to open the application format and fill in Personal Details.
6. Fill in Educational Details in the next step.
7. Accept the declaration/assurance ("Yes") and click Save to generate the Application Number.
8. Upload photograph and signature in the prescribed JPG format and size.
9. Click "Confirm Application" after a final review.
10. Download and keep a printout of the confirmed application
