GSSSB Staff Nurse Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
(Option 1): B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized University/institution (UGC-recognized/deemed under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956), recognized by the Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council
(Option 2): Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognized by the Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council
Computer Knowledge: Basic computer application knowledge as prescribed under Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967
Language: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi, or both
Nursing Council Registration: Must be registered with the Gujarat Nursing Council under the Gujarat Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act, 1968 at the time of appointment (if not already registered)
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years
Maximum 35 years

Salary:
First 5 Years: Fixed pay of Rs.40,800 Per Month
After 5 Years (on satisfactory service): Regular 7th Pay Commission scale: Rs.29,200-92,300 (Level-5)

How to Apply for GSSSB Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026
1. Visit the official website of OJAS i.e. https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
2. Complete your OTR (One Time Registration) if not already done.
3. On the homepage, go to “On line Application” and click on Apply. Select GSSSB from the list.
4. Click on the advertisement number 458/202627, Staff Nurse, Class-III.
5. Click on Apply now.
6. Enter your Registration No. and Date of Birth, then click on Apply with OTR.
7. Fill in the Personal Details and Educational Details carefully.
8. Accept the Assurance conditions and click Save.
9. Upload your Photograph (5 cm height x 3.6 cm width) and Signature (2.5 cm height x 7.5 cm width) in JPG format (max 15 KB).
10. Click on Confirm Application and note down the Confirmation Number.
11. Pay the application fee online (if applicable) by 15 October 2026.
12. Download and print the Application Form for future reference.
