HPCL Graduate Apprentice Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 60% aggregate (UR/OBC-NC) & 50% aggregate (SC/ST/PwBD) Degree.
Salary:
Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
Rs. 20,500/- paid by HPCL
Rs. 4,500/- paid directly to apprentices by Government of India (DBT Scheme)
Age Limit :
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: +5 years (maximum age 30 years)
OBC-NC: +3 years (maximum age 28 years)
PwBD: +10 years (maximum age 35 years)
Age Limit As On: 02th March 2026
Selection Process:
Screening on merit of qualifying degree percentage
Shortlisting in 1:5 ratio
