HPPSC Recruitment 2022, Apply Online for Assistant Professor 553 Vacancies
Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) recently released an Official Notification for the Post Of Assistant Professor (553 Posts) 2022 Application Form exam can be filled till 26th May 2022. Apply Online for This Exam and the Admit Card is Released soon. Eligibility Criteria for this exam is that the candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate's age should be at least 18 years and maximum 45 years.

HPPSC Assistant Professor Vacancy Eligibility 2022

A good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent of 55%, wherever the grading system is followed in Masters’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from Foreign universities recognized by the Government of India
A relaxation of 5% is provided (from 55% to 50% marks) at the Masters’s Degree for the SC/ ST/ OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories. AND
A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) of marks, at the Master’s level to the Physically and Visually Handicapped persons in appointment as Assistant Professors.
A relaxation of 5% is provided from 55% to 50% of the marks for the Ph.D. Degree holders who have passed their Master’s degree prior to September 1991.
Candidate besides fulfilling the above qualifications should have cleared the eligibility test (NET) for Assistant Professor conducted by the UGC, CSIR, or similar test accredited by the State Public Service Commission.
NET/ SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for the recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions
