HPPSC Section Officer Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 (three) years of regular service in a H.P. Government Department, Board, Corporation, Autonomous Body, University, or Co-operative Bank of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
Desirable: knowledge of the customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years
Maximum 45 years
Application Fee: All Candidates: Rs. 600/-
Salary: Level-13: Rs. 46,000 – 1,46,500/-

How to Apply Online for HPPSC Section Officer Recruitment 2026
1. Visit the official HPPSC website – hppsc.hp.gov.in
2. Click on the “Apply Online” link on the homepage.
3. Select “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations” and complete New Registration.
4. Log in to your OTR account and click on the Section Officer advertisement link (56/7-2026).
5. Fill in the application details and upload all required documents.
6. Pay the exam fee of Rs. 600 online.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
