Educational Qualifications :
1. Degree in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Bio-technology/ Oil Technology or Agriculture/ Veterinary Sciences or Biochemistry/ Microbiology or Medicine or M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university
2. Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric or Hindi as a subject in Higher Education
