Eligibility Criteria (as of August 1, 2025):
1. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years).
2. Educational Qualification: A candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. It is also mandatory for a candidate to have a certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations/language or have studied computers as a subject in school/college.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection process consists of two online examinations:
I. Preliminary Examination: This is a one-hour, objective-type test with 100 questions. The marks from this exam are for qualification purposes only and are not counted towards the final merit list.
1. English Language: 30 Questions, 30 Marks
2. Numerical Ability: 35 Questions, 35 Marks
3. Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions, 35 Marks
4. Total: 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 60 minutes.
II. Mains Examination: This is a comprehensive 2-hour online exam with 190 questions for a total of 200 marks. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in this stage.
1. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 50 Questions, 60 Marks
2. General/Financial Awareness: 50 Questions, 50 Marks
3. General English: 40 Questions, 40 Marks
4. Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions, 50 Marks
5. Total: 190 Questions, 200 Marks, 160 minutes.
There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer in both the preliminary and main examinations.
