IOCL Apprentice Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
3 years B.Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) for Codes 101 and 103.
Matriculation with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class for Code 102.
3 years Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering for Codes 104, 105, 106, and 107 respectively.
B.A./B.Sc./B.Com for Code 108 (Secretarial Assistant) and B.Com for Code 109 (Accountant).
Class XII Pass for Code 110; Class XII Pass with Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for Code 111.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years
Maximum 24 years
Salary: Rs.7,000–12,000/-Per Month

2. Click on the relevant refinery unit's apprentice engagement notification link.
3. Read the detailed advertisement carefully.
4. Ensure your profile is registered and 100% correctly updated on the relevant NAPS or NATS portal.
5. Log in to the NAPS/NATS portal using your User ID/Email ID and apply for the apprenticeship opportunity under the applicable refinery's Establishment ID.
6. After successfully applying on NAPS/NATS, go back to www.iocl.com and click on the Microsoft Forms link for your refinery unit.
7. Submit the additional information form with the same Enrolment No./Student ID/Registration No. used in Step I.
8. Ensure all details in both steps are identical and correct.
