IOCL Bongaigaon Apprentice Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
Trade Apprentice – Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) (101): 3 years B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry).
Training Period: 12 months.
Trade Apprentice (Boiler) – Mechanical (103): 3 years B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry).
Training Period: 24 months.
Technician Apprentice – Instrumentation (107): 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engg / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engg / Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
Training Period: 12 months.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years
Maximum 24 years

1. Visit www.iocl.com from 28.09.2026. Go to 'What's New', then 'Engagement of Apprentices at Bongaigaon Refinery 2026-27 (II)', and click 'Detailed Advertisement of Bongaigaon Refinery' to read the advertisement.
2. Step I – NAPS/NATS: Have an active Apprentice Registration/Enrolment Number on the NAPS/NATS portal with a 100% correctly updated profile. For Codes 101 and 103, register on NAPS at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/, open 'Apprenticeship Opportunities', select the location as the IOCL Refinery Unit and the trade, and follow the portal steps. For Code 107, register on NATS/BOAT at https://nats.education.gov.in and apply to the IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery advertisement on your dashboard.
3. Apply using the Establishment ID of Bongaigaon Refinery: NATS – EASCHC000001; NAPS – E07191800001.
4. Check that your personal details, educational details, category and aggregate percentage appear correctly. Contact the NAPS/NATS office for corrections.
5. Step II – Microsoft Form: After applying, click 'Click here to submit additional information on Microsoft forms' on www.iocl.com and submit only one response. The form opens at 10:00 hours on 28.09.2026 and closes at 17:00 hours on 18.10.2026.
