3. Click on "Detailed Advertisement" to read the full notification.
4. Ensure your NAPS or NATS profile is registered and 100% correctly updated with all personal, educational, and category details.
5. For Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110, 111: Log in to NAPS at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and apply using Establishment ID E08191800001.
6. For Codes 104, 105, 106, 107: Log in to NATS at nats. education.gov.in and apply using Establishment ID EASKMC000002.
7. After completing NAPS/NATS application, return to www.iocl.com and click "Click here to submit additional information on Microsoft Form" to submit Step II.
8. Ensure the Enrolment No./Student ID/Registration No. and email/mobile used in both steps are identical.
9. Submit only one response in the Microsoft Form before 28 July 2026 at 17:00 hrs.
