Eligibility Criteria 2026 :
Educational Qualification :
Section Officer (Accounts)
Bachelor’s Degree with ACA / AICWA / MBA (Finance)
OR
Commerce Graduate with required service experience at Pay Level 6 or above
Good understanding of Government Finance Rules
Computer skills in accounting are preferred
Section Officer (General)
Graduation in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience at Pay Level 6 or higher
Knowledge of government procedures is mandatory
Administrative computer knowledge is desirable
Associate Scientist ‘A’ (Computer Science)
Master’s degree or equivalent technical degree in a relevant field
OR
Postgraduate / Technical degree with minimum 3 years of research/project experience
Knowledge of computer operations and application software is mandatory
Must have a good academic record
Scientific Assistant ‘A’ / Library Scientific Assistant ‘A’
Qualification ranges from:
Master’s Degree, or
Higher Secondary with relevant Diploma/Specialization
Relevant experience is required
Computer operation is compulsory
Candidates with strong academic background may be placed in a higher grade
Assistant (Laboratory)
Higher Secondary (preferably Science stream)
OR
Relevant Vocational Qualification
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills are required
Engineering Assistant (Civil)
10+2 qualification
3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
Trade & Technical Posts
(Carpenter, Electrician, Binder, Operator-cum-Mechanic, Printing Assistant, Library Assistant, Lift Operator, Cook, Driver, Pharmacist)
10+2 qualification
Relevant ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate
Practical experience in the concerned trade is required
Driver: Must possess valid Light & Heavy Vehicle Driving Licences
Pharmacist: Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council
Salary : Rs.19,900/- to Rs.1,42,400/- (Pay Levels 2–7)
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
