1. Specially Trained Assistant Teachers in Primary School (Classes 1 to 5) Educational/Training Qualification: 50% in +2 or Higher Secondary or its equivalent examination corresponding to the session/year of training. [Or who have attended the training session commencing before 09.12.2007] In addition to passing with 45% marks, they possess the following educational qualification in special education- Two years' course in special education for any category of disability D.Ed (XIIth passed and 2 years D.Ed Special Education in any of the categories of disability) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR XIIth passed and 1 year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the categories of disability and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR Diploma in Community Rehabilitation and Six Months Care for Children with Special Needs Certificate Course (Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certificate Course in Education of Children with Special Needs.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR Post Graduate Diploma in Community Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs for six months Certificate Course (Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months Certificate Course in Education of Childen with Special Needs.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR Six months of children with special needs Certificate Course Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with (Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf and Handicapped (Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR Elementary level teacher training in visual impairment. (Primary Level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR (Diploma in Vocation Rehabilitation-Mental Retardation (DVR-MR)/Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment-Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR (Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.) and possess a valid RCI CRR No. I. Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India. II. Passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) for classes 1 to 5 conducted by the Government of Jharkhand under the guidelines laid down by the National Council for Teacher Education. |

Graduate Trained Special Education Assistant Professor (Class 6 to 8) Social Science Teacher - Minimum of three years graduation or graduation (reputation) in the following subjects (a) History (b) Geography (c) Political Science (d) Economics (e) Sociology (f) Accountancy (g) Business Studies 4. Graduate Trained Special Education Assistant Professor (Class 6 to 8) Language Teacher - Language Hindi/English/Urdu/Santhali/Bengali/Mundaari (Munda)/Notified by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand, PO/Ho/Kharia/Kudukh (Uraon)/Kurmali/Khortha/Nagpuri/Panchpargania/Odia/ Passed minimum three years Graduation from a recognized Institute in Sanskrit as one of the subjects or Graduation (Hons) with Sanskrit as one of the subjects. |
For Graduate Trained Special Assistant Professor (Class 6 to 8) 50% increase in academic/training qualification corresponding to the training session/year [Or 45% who have enrolled in graduation or equivalent training course commencing before 29.07.2011] Candidates who have passed minimum three years graduation or equivalent in the relevant subject with marks and have completed the following training qualification- Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) from a RCI approved Institute and possess a valid RCI CRR No. OR B.Ed. (General) with one year Diploma in Special Education/ B.Ed. (General) with Two year Diploma in Special Education with a recognized qualification (certificate/Diploma) from a RCI approved institution equivalent to B.Ed in Special Education and possess a valid CRR No. OR B.Ed. (General) with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education(PGPD)/ B.Ed. (Special) Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education(PGPC)/ (PG Diplomain Special Education(Mental Retardation) PG Diploma in Special Education (Miltiple Disability:Physical Neurological) PG Diploma in Special Education (Locomotor Impairment and cerebral Palsy)/Secondary Level Teacher Training Course in Visua Impairment/Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf BA B.Ed. in visual Impairment and possess a valid RCI CRR No.ith a recognized qualification Or I. Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India. II. Passing the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Jharkhand Government for the CBSE under the guidelines set by the National Council for Teacher Education. |
