2. Eligibility Criteria (For Technician-III / Technical Helper & JE Posts):
I. For Technician-III / Operator-III / Plant Attendant-III (Technical Helper equivalent):
1. Educational Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Welder, etc.) recognized by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent.
2. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Rajasthan Government rules.
II.For Junior Engineer-I:
1.Educational Qualification: Full-time four-year Graduation Degree (B.E./B.Tech) as a regular student or AMIE in the respective engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, C&I/Communication, Fire & Safety) from a recognized University/Institution.
2. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 43 years (increased from 40 years due to recruitment gap). Age relaxation for reserved categories applies.
III. Common Requirement: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
