Education Qualification
Manager: Plus two or its equivalent
B.Sc. Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (DHMCT) awarded by the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology or equivalent qualification obtained from recognized Universities or institutions recognized by State/ Central Governments (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application ).
Assistant Cook: SSLC or its equivalent Certificate in Food Production from FCI / KIHMS /IHMCT / NCVT certificate in cookery or equivalent qualification obtained from any institute recognized by State / Central Governments. (Equivalency certificate should be produced along with the application) Preference will be given to those who have a minimum of three years of experience in 3 stars and above category of the hotel as Cook / Chef in the food production department.
Salary Details
Manager: Rs. 35700 – 75600/- Per month
Assistant Cook: Rs. 22200 – 48000/- Per month

Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test, trade test/ Interview
