KVS Junior Secretariat Assistant Eligibility 2025
Education Qualification :
Essential:
1) Class XII pass or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university
2) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer
Note: The qualification of typing will not apply in the case of persons with disability who are certified as being unable to type by the Competent Authority as prescribed in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
Age Limit : 27 years.

Processing Fee : Rs.500/-
Salary : Level - 2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the Pay Matrix

2. Click on the “KVS Application Form 2026” link.
3. Register yourself by entering a valid and active email ID. All updates regarding recruitment will be sent to this email.
4. Pay the application fee using any online payment method (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallets). Ensure the payment is successful.
5. Use the same active email ID throughout the process for receiving updates, admit card, and results.
6. Keep ready the scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and thumb impression. Use a photo-resizing tool if required.
7. Verify all the details filled in the application form before final submission.
8. Finally, download and take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
