KVS PGT Eligibility 2025
Educational Qualification :
Essential Qualification
1. Integrated Post Graduate Course from NCTE recognized institution/University, in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate including B.Ed. component.
OR
Master Degree from a recognized institution/University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subject
And
(b) B.Ed. Degree from NCTE recognized institution/University with atleast 50% marks
OR
Three years Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from NCTE recognized Institution/University with atleast 50% marks
OR
Four years Integrated Degree with at least 50% marks from NCTE recognized Institution/ University including B.Ed. component
2. Proficiency to Teach in Hindi and English medium.
3. Hindi, Provided the candidate has studied concerned subject at Graduation level also
Age Limit : Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) : 40 years
Application Fee :
Examination Fee : Rs.1500/-
Processing Fee : Rs.500/-
Salary : Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100) in the Pay Matrix
Selection process :
1. Tier 1 (Preliminary Exam)
2. Tier 2 (Subject Knowledge Test)
3. Interview
4. Document Verification
KVS PGT 2025 Application Form
1. Visit the official websites of CBSE: ctet.nic.in or kvsangathan.nic.in.
2. Click on the “KVS Application Form 2025” link.
3. Register yourself by entering a valid and active email ID. All updates regarding recruitment will be sent to this email.
4. Pay the application fee using any online payment method (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallets). Ensure the payment is successful.
5. Use the same active email ID throughout the process for receiving updates, admit card, and results.
6. Keep ready the scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and thumb impression. Use a photo-resizing tool if required.
7. Verify all the details filled in the application form before final submission.
8. Finally, download and take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
