MPSC Civil Judge Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:-
Advocate / Public Prosecutor / Government Advocate: Degree in Law
Experience: Must have practiced as an Advocate in the High Court of Bombay or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026. Period as Law Clerk (after provisional enrolment) with High Court Judges or subordinate Judicial Officers is included. Practice reckoned from date of provisional enrolment/registration with State Bar Council. OR Must be working/have worked as Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than 3 years as on 30th April 2026 (Advocate service period included).
Ministerial Staff of High Court of Bombay / Subordinate Courts / Offices of Government Pleaders / Legal Assistant and above in Legal Section of Law & Judiciary Department, Mantralaya: Degree in Law
Experience: Minimum 3 years of service as on 30th April 2026 after obtaining Degree in Law.
Age Limit:
Minimum age 21 Years
Maximum age 35 Years
Application Fee:
Unreserved/EWS/Orphan: Rs. 394/-
Backward Classes/PwD: Rs. 294/-
Salary: Rs. 27,700 to 44,770 and Other Allowances.
