Educational Qualification:
Engineer (Civil): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Civil with 65% marks. 3 years’ relevant experience required.
Engineer (Electrical): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in relevant Electrical fields with 65% marks. 3 years’ relevant experience required.
Engineer (Mechanical): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Mechanical/Production/Power Engineering with 65% marks. 3 years’ experience required.
Executive (HR): Graduation + 2-year PG/MBA in HR with 65% marks. 3 years’ HR experience required.
Executive (Finance): CA/CMA with 1 year post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts.
Engineer (Safety): Engineering Degree + Diploma in Industrial Safety, or Degree in Industrial/Fire & Safety with 65% marks. 3 years’ experience required.
Executive (CSR): Relevant PG Degree/Diploma, MSW, MBA or Engineering with 65% marks. 3 years’ relevant experience required.
Executive (Rajbhasha): Relevant Master’s Degree with Hindi/English. 3 years’ translation/Rajbhasha experience required.
