Salary/Pay Scale:
General Manager – Credit Monitoring (Regular, Scale VII): ₹1,56,500 – 4,340/4 – 1,73,860 plus allowances as per Bank rules.
General Manager – Treasury (Contract): ₹4,00,000 per month plus housing and vehicle facilities as per Scale VII eligibility; ₹5,00,000 per month if housing and vehicle are not availed.
Educational Qualification:
General Manager – Credit Monitoring: CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with minimum 20 years’ experience in Banks/AIFIs/NBFCs/HFCs, including minimum 10 years in housing finance and heading credit function or holding specified senior grade.
General Manager – Treasury: CA / CMA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with at least 20 years’ experience in Banking/Financial Services, including 10 years in Money Market/G-Sec/Forex/Integrated Treasury Operations.
Age Limit: 40–55 years
