National Health Mission, Madhya Pradesh (NHM MP) recently released an Official Notification for the Post Of Ayush CHO (Ayurveda/ Homeopathy/ Greek) and Data Entry Operator (385 Posts) 2022 Application Form exam can be filled till 30th April 2022. Apply Online for This Exam and the Admit Card is Released soon. Eligibility Criteria for this exam is that the candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate's age should be at least 18 years and maximum 40 years.

Educational Qualification :
1. For Ayush CHO (Ayurveda/ Homeopathy/ Greek) : B.A.M.S. from a University established by law/ B.H.M.S/ BUMS degree.
Internship completed before the last date of advertisement. MP Board of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medicine and naturopathy/ M.P. “Permanent Registration in Homeopathy Council.
2. For Data Entry Operator : Graduate in Computer Application/ B.Tech (CS/ IT)/ BCA/ BSC (IT) from a recognized University established by law. OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University established by law with
Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science (DCA/ PGDCA) from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit :
Candidates should have a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years to 45 years as of 1st January 2022.

2. Find the “Recruitment/ Career/ Advertisement menu” link and click on it.
3. Search for the Notification of Data Entry Operator, Ayush CHO Job and click on it.
4. Alternatively, download the official notification from the link provided at the end.
5. Read the official notifications carefully and verify your eligibility criteria.
6. Visit the Official Online Apply/ Registration link from below.
7. Fill the required details correctly.
8. Upload all the necessary documents required in the notified format and size.
9. Finally, verify the registered details are correct and accurate, and then submit.
10. Next, make the payment as per the notified mode, if National Health Mission asks. Else, move to the next step.
11. Submit the application and take a Print out of your application form for future reference.
