Educational Qualifications
Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with valid certificate
Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with valid certificate
Assistant Commissioner: Graduate degree and knowledge of Marathi language
Municipal Deputy Secretary: Graduate degree with law qualification or legal experience
Assistant Law Officer: Graduate with Law degree (LLB) and Marathi language knowledge
Biomedical Engineer: Degree in Biomedical Engineering with relevant experience
Surgeon: MBBS with MD/MS in Surgery and relevant post-graduate qualification
Gynecologist: MBBS with MD/MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 38 years
Application Fee:
General/Unreserved/OBC/Other Categories: Rs. 1,000/-
Reserved Categories (SC/ST/PWD): Rs. 900/-
Selection Process:
1. Written Examination: Computer-based test covering general knowledge, reasoning, mathematics, technical subjects related to the post, and Marathi language
2. Document Verification: Candidates qualifying in written test will be called for document verification. Candidates must bring all original documents along with self-attested photocopies
3. Personal Interview/Skill Test: For technical and specialist posts, candidates may have to appear for personal interview and/or skill test
Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical fitness test as per NMMC norms
4. Final Merit List: Final selection will be based on performance in written test, interview (if applicable) and document verification
5. Typing Test: For Clerk-Typist and similar posts, typing test in Marathi and English will be conducted
