Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Degree in Food Technology/Dairy Technology/ Biotechnology/ Oil Technology/ Agricultural Science/ Veterinary Science/Biochemistry/Microbiology or Master's Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from AICTE-approved institute/recognized Boards/State & Statutory University securing minimum 60% marks along with adequate knowledge in Computer Application.
The applicant must have Odia as one of the subjects in the HSC or passed examination in Odia equivalent to M.E. standard or passed in Odia as language subject in final examination of Class-VII or passed a test in Odia in M.E. School Standard conducted by Education Department Govt. of Odisha on the date of the Application
Age Limit : The minimum age for the post is 21 years and the maximum age is 32 years as on 01.01.2021.

1. Open the official website
2. Click on the ‘Apply Online’ tab on the homepage of the website. A list of various examinations will appear. Find the link for OSSC Food Safety Officer Recruitment examination 2021.
3. Click on Registration and fill in all the necessary details.
4. Candidates will be redirected to an online payment portal. They are required to pay the application fee through the options available.
5. Once the online application procedure is complete, Click on “I Agree” and you will receive your User ID and password to your registered mail and mobile number.
6. Log in with the “User ID” and “Password” to submit the other personal information, qualification details, and required documents.
7. Candidates can download the OSSC Food Safety Officer application form and keep it safe for future reference.
