Possess a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing degree from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Hold a valid registration certificate from the Odisha Nursing Council or any State Nursing Council recognized by the Nursing Council of India.
Have passed Class 7 or above with Odia as a language subject.
