OSSTET Notification Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
Trained Graduate Arts: Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce/Shastri (Sanskrit) with two school subjects, 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) plus B.Ed. or 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed from an NCTE-recognised institution; or a 4-year integrated B.A.B.Ed with two school subjects and 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories)
Trained Graduate Science (PCM/CBZ): Bachelor's degree in Science/B.Tech/B.E. with two school subjects, 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories) plus B.Ed. or 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed; or a 4-year integrated B.Sc.B.Ed with two school subjects and 50% aggregate
Hindi Teacher: Bachelor's degree with Hindi as Honours/Elective/Optional/Pass subject (50%/45% aggregate) plus Hindi Sikshyan Parangat/B.H.Ed/B.Ed in Hindi from an NCTE-recognised institution, or an alternate route via Rastrabhasa Ratna/Shastri (Hindi)/Snataka with a training qualification
Classical Teacher (Sanskrit): Bachelor's degree with Sanskrit as Honours/Elective/Optional/Pass subject (50%/45% aggregate) plus Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit)/B.Ed, or Shastri (Sanskrit) with 50%/45% aggregate plus Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit)/B.Ed
Classical Teacher (Telugu): Bachelor's degree in Arts with Telugu subject, 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories) plus Telugu B.Ed from an NCTE-recognised university/institution
Physical Education Teacher: +2 or equivalent examination plus C.P.Ed./D.P.Ed./B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed. from a recognised Board/University
Application Fee:
SC and ST: Rs. 600/-
For other categories: Rs. 900/-

Step 3: Fill the Application Form – Personal Information, Eligibility Criteria, Educational Qualification and Declaration
Step 4: Upload the required documents, including your photograph, signature, and other necessary certificates.
Step 5: Verify all the details entered before submitting the application form.
Step 6: Submit the form.
Step 7: After submission, download and print the Application Number-cum-Confirmation Page for future reference.
