Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) recently released an Official Notification for the Post Of Officer (Marketing) (18 Posts) 2022 Application Form for exam can be filled till 12th August 2022. Education Qualification :
1. Candidates must have completed MBA (Marketing as specialization or Major) /MMS (Marketing as specialization or Major)/ MBA (Agri. Business Management) – If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree certificate, letter from college/University specifying the specialization will be required.
2. Minimum 2 years’ Sales and Marketing experience as on 01.04.2022 preferably in agro related industry after Post Graduation qualification. The period of training will not be counted in the requisite experience period.
Age Limit :
Applicants do not exceeding 34 years for Unreserved category/EWS, For SC / ST Category – 39 years, For OBC Category – 37 years, For PWBD Category (General) – 44 years, For PWBD Category (SC/ ST) – 49 years, For PWBD Category (OBC) – 47 years.
Note : The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of experience and age shall be 01.04.2022 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever.
Application Fees :
Non – refundable application fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Officer (Marketing) are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form.
Salary Package :
Selected candidates will be placed in the E1 grade in pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000, the minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 77400/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay +VDA (32.5%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places).
Selection Process :
1. The selection process for the positions of Officer (Marketing) comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.
2. Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 i.e. 7 eligible candidates for 1 post.
How to Apply for RCFL Recruitment 2022
1. Candidates to go to the RCF website “–HR—–RECRUITMENT”- click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
2. To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
3. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/
entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
4. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.
5. Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of
Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.
6. Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
7. Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
8. Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment and Click on ‘Submit’ button.
