Educational Qualification :
1. The candidate must have completed Graduation in Law (as on the date of appearing at interview) from any recognized School/College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
2. Candidates who are pursuing the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course will also be eligible to apply subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification at the time of interview/before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant.

भारतीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाल ही में कानून क्लर्क कम रिसर्च असिस्टेंट के 90 पदों के लिए आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की है। परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन पत्र 25 जनवरी से 15 फरवरी 2024 तक भरे जा सकते हैं। उम्मीदवार की आयु कम से कम 20 वर्ष और अधिकतम 32 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।

शैक्षिक योग्यता :
1. उम्मीदवार को किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल / कॉलेज / विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से कानून में स्नातक की पूरी होनी चाहिए (साक्षात्कार में दिखाई देने की तारीख के रूप में) भारत में कानून पर विधि द्वारा स्थापित और भारतीय वकील पंजीकरण के लिए भारतीय बार काउंसिल द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त।
2. पांच वर्षीय एकीकृत कानून पाठ्यक्रम के पांचवें साल का पाठ्यक्रम कर रहे उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के समय / कानून क्लर्क-कम-रिसर्च असिस्टेंट के कार्य ग्रहण से पहले कानून योग्यता प्राप्त करने के सबूत प्रदान करने के अधिकार होंगे।
