Senior Lecturer / Lecturer (Teacher Education streams): Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Telugu, English, Urdu, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Geography, Adult Education, Electronics (or allied subjects) + M.Ed.
Lecturer in Education: Philosophy/Psychology/Sociology + M.Ed.
Lecturer in Education (Urdu Medium): Same as above + Urdu medium eligibility (studied/passed in Urdu medium)
Lecturer in English: PG in English + M.Ed. with English methodology
Lecturer in Telugu: PG in Telugu + M.Ed. with Telugu methodology + Telugu medium eligibility
Lecturer in Urdu: PG in Urdu + M.Ed. with Urdu methodology + Urdu medium eligibility
Lecturer in Maths (Regular/Urdu Medium): PG in Mathematics (or allied) + M.Ed. with Maths methodology
