TNSRLM Resource Person Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
State Resource Person (SRP): Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working with SHGs / Federations, as a Trainer, in the NGO sector, or in Government rural development projects
Languages : Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil and English
District Resource Person (DRP): Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working with SHGs / Federations, as a Trainer, in the NGO sector, or in Government rural development projects
Languages: Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil and English
Block Resource Person (BRP): Under Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Women Studies or any other Social Science stream
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with SHGs / Federations, as a Trainer, in the NGO sector, or in Government rural development projects
Languages : Proficiency in reading and writing Tamil and English
Age Limit:
Minimum 25 years
Maximum 45 years

2. Prepare your application with all relevant personal, educational, and experience details
3. Attach self-attested copies of all supporting documents (educational certificates, experience certificates, SHG membership proof if applicable, age proof, and caste certificate if applicable)
4. Address the application envelope clearly to the Project Director, District Mission Management Unit (TNSRLM) of the respective district
5. Submit the application either by post or in person at the DMMU address before 29 June 2026
6. Ensure the application reaches the DMMU on or before the due date - no extensions will be granted
