| Personal Assistant (Commercial Tax Tribunal / Industrial Tribunal & Labour Court / Forest Development Corporation / Commissioner Kumaon Division / Rural Development / Stamps & Registration / Higher Education / Horticulture & Food Processing / Minor Irrigation / Information & Public Relations / Industries / Panchayati Raj / Divisional Food Controller offices / Housing Department) | Intermediate from UP Board or Uttarakhand Board of School Education (or an equivalent examination recognised by the Government), with Hindi shorthand at a minimum speed of 80 words per minute and Hindi typing at a minimum of 4000 key depressions per hour on computer. |
