शैक्षणिक योग्यता :
1. विज्ञान के साथ हाई स्कूल परीक्षा पास
2. सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त हाई स्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट शिक्षा बोर्ड की इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा पास
3. उत्तर प्रदेश के आयुर्वेदिक और यूनानी तिब्बी चिकित्सा बोर्ड से पंजीकृत चिकित्सा और शस्त्रीय नर्सिंग (आयुर्वेद) का डिप्लोमा
