UPSC CDS 2 Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:
1. For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy : Graduation degree (any subject) from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. For Indian Naval Academy : Graduation in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
3. For Air Force Academy : Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 19 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Application Fee:
General & OBC category: INR 200/-
SC/ ST and Females: Exempted
Selection Process:
Written Exam.
SSB Interview.
Document Verification.
Medical Examination.
How to Apply For UPSC CDS 2 Recruitment 2026
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Step 2: On the home page look for “Apply for UPSC CDS 2” and select “New Registration”.
Step 3: Once all requested basic details are filled, your respective application number and password will be generated and sent to your registered email ID.
Step 4: To access the application form, log in using your credentials.
Step 5: Enter your respective personal and academic information along with the exam preference details.
Step 6: Upload all the documents such as your recent passport-size photograph and scanned signature.
Step 7: Pay the application fee through net banking, credit/debit card or UPI.
Step 8: At the end make sure to download and save the confirmation page further use.
