UPSSSC Assistant Boring Technician Eligibility 2026:
Educational Qualification:- As per the U.P. Minor Irrigation Department (Boring Technologist) Service Rules, 1993 (as amended), a candidate must have: Passed the High School examination from the U.P. Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent recognized examination.
Possess one of the following certificates:
Certificate in Nalkoop Mechanic course from a Government Technical Centre or Government ITI, Lal Diggi Park, Gorakhpur, or an equivalent qualification.
OR a minimum two-year course certificate in Machinist, Fitter, Wireman, or Turner from the Directorate of Employment & Training, UP, or an ITI.
OR a three-year National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the above-mentioned trades from the NCVT, Government of India.

1. Visit the official UPSSSC website: upsssc.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Live Advertisement” segment and select the link for Advt. No. 04-Parixya/2026 (Assistant Boring Technician).
3. Login using your PET-2025 Registration Number and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number/email.
4. Your personal details from PET-2025 will be auto-filled. Verify them.
5. Fill in your educational qualification and other required details as per the notification.
6. Review the declaration and submit the form.
7. Pay the application fee of Rs. 25/- online via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI or SBI e-Challan.
8. After successful fee reconciliation, download and print the finally submitted application form for future reference.
