Educational Qualification:
Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline; 10 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; research score of 120; 10 years of teaching/research experience with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates. OR Outstanding professional with Ph.D., 10 years’ experience, and significant contribution to knowledge.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline; Master’s Degree with 55% marks; 8 years of teaching/research experience; minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; research score of 75.
Associate Professor of Sitar: Doctoral degree with 8 years of teaching/research experience and high performing ability. OR Traditional/professional artist with Master’s degree; ‘A’ grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan; 8 years of outstanding performing achievement.
Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with 55% marks; cleared UGC NET/CSIR NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016. OR Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in top 500 (QS/THE/ARWU).
Assistant Professo, Arts/Music/Dance: Master’s degree with 55% marks; cleared NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations. OR Traditional/professional artist with Bachelor’s degree; ‘A’ grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan; ability to teach theory with illustrations.
Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks. Knowledge of computerization of libraries.Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations.
Salary: Academic Level 14 with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,44,200/-, Academic Level 13A with Entry Pay of Rs. 1,31,400/-, Academic Level 10 with Entry Pay of Rs. 57,700/-

Associate Professor: Rs. 2,000/-
Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,600/-
Assistant Librarian: Rs. 1,600/-
